Update 1.10 (Early Access) and 1.09 (Public Release)


Update 1.10 is here! ๐Ÿš€

Hello everyone !

This update might be named 1.10, but let me be upfront โ€“ it's a bit on the slimmer side. Currently, I'm dedicating 90% of my efforts to the Unreal version, and I have some exciting news to share on that front. But first, let's dive into what this update brings :

1.10 Changelogs :
  • The animated "wiping" scene featuring Lucy has undergone a complete makeover, with the addition of a new camera.
  • The animated Grope-Domination scene with Lucy has been partially revamped, specifically focusing on the scene's introduction. (More updates to follow in the future.)
  • You can now skip the intro and explanations of the escape game.
  • It's also possible to bribe the organizer to win the game directly (this option may be removed as the game gets re-balanced).
  • Various bug fixes have been implemented.

Now, let's shift our focus to the Unreal version. I initially planned to release a pre-version last week, but I decided to postpone to ensure it incorporates as many features as possible. Given the issue with Android's save feature, I want to make sure it works seamlessly for testing on smartphones!

Here's some good news โ€“ the Android version of the game shouldn't be too hefty. I managed to create a 500MB APK, though it didn't have all the assets. 

As for my progress so far, let me break it down:

  • Mastery of the software (at least for what I need to port Lust'n'Farm): ~95%
  • Coding of systems (menus, farm, mini-games): ~15%
  • Coding of content (nearly 200 scenes and around forty animated scenes): ~2%

The last figure might be a bit intimidating, but fear not; it's set to grow rapidly.

I understand the latest update seems a bit on the lighter side, but returning to an older software when you've got something as robust as Unreal Engine at your fingertips is quite the challenge! I'm also introducing a slew of visual improvements to the game. While not impossible on the VNM version, they were much more cumbersome.

One last thing, for those starting to worry: it's evident that you won't be able to retain your save between the two versions. HOWEVER, I will implement a password system to transfer your save to the Unreal version, ensuring you lose as little data as possible!

Thank you for your understanding and support. Even though the coding aspect might seem daunting at the moment, rest assured it's on a fast track to progress. Your enthusiasm keeps the project alive, and I can't wait to share more exciting updates soon!
